Online Purchases

Returns Policy applies to online purchases clients will need to present a copy of the confirmation email document you received so we can trace your tax invoice on our system. In the case of making an online error or you wish to cancel your online order please contact us immediately. We will also contact you if we discover any error in your order and a refund will be issued if applicable.

Product Orders

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required for all large orders. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. If you wish to cancel or change an order that required a deposit please contact us no later than one week prior to your delivery date.
